بەدڵنیاییەوە بەڕێزت لە رێگەی میدیاو بەتایبەت میدیاکانی وڵاتەکەتەوە ئاگاداری کە نزیکەی چوار هەزار هاووڵاتی کە زۆرینەیان کوردن‌و خەڵکی هەرێمی کوردستانن لە نێوان هەردوو وڵاتی بیلاڕوس‌و پۆڵەندا گیریان خواردووەو دەیانەوێت ڕوو لە وڵاتەکەتان بکەن وەک پەنابەر.
لەم نامەیەدا دەمەوێت داوا لە بەڕێزت بکەم کە لە ڕێگەی کەناڵە فەرمییەکانی خۆتانەوە، داوا لە بەرپرسانی وڵاتەکەت بکەیت کە بە زوویی بڕیارێک لە چارەنووسی ئەو کۆچبەرانە بدەن، هەروەها بەزوویی بەهانایانەوە بچن کە لە کەش‌و هەوایەکی زۆر سارددا بەبێ خواردن‌و پێویستی ژیان چەند رۆژێکە لەو جەنگەڵانەی سنور ژیان بەسەر دەبەن، بەتایبەت بەلامەوە گرنگە داواتان لێ بکەم کە بەزوویی بەهانای منداڵان‌و ژنان‌و خاوەن پێداویستی تایبەت‌و نەخۆشەکانەوە بچن کە ئەگەر بەو جۆرە لەو سنورە ساردو سەختە بمێننەوە ئەوە ئەگەر هەیە ژیانیان لەدەست بدەن‌و هەموو شاهیدی بینینی کارەساتێکی مرۆیی بین.
بەڕێز سێمتنەر: وڵاتەکەتان لە چەندین قۆناغی جیاجیادا‌و بەچەندین ڕێگە هاوکاری هەرێمی کوردستان‌و خەڵکەکەی بووە، هەربۆیە لەم کێشەیەشدا لە چوارچێوەی یاسا نێودەوڵەتیەکان‌و یاسای وڵاتەکەتان‌و بنەما مرۆییەکانەوە چاوەڕوانی هاوکاری‌‌و پشتیوانیتان لێ دەکەین.

A request for the help of Kurdish immigrants
To Mr. Klemens Semtner, Consul General of Germany in Erbil
Subject: Request Regarding the aiding of the Migrants in Belarus-Migrant Border
I hope you are doing well, Mr Semtner,
Of course, via the media outlets and especially through your own country's mainstream media, you are fully aware that about 4,000 migrants, the majority of whom are Kurds and from the Kurdistan Region, are trapped between Belarus and Poland border, in addition, they are willing to resort to Germany to seek asylum.
In this letter, I would like to kindly ask you to make use of your diplomatic channels and call on the top officials of German Government to determine the fate of these immigrants and give a helping hand to them as soon as possible since they are suffering due to an extremely cold weather, shortage of food and the lack of basic needs for living. Furthermore, I would like to personally request you to provide immediate humanitarian aid to children, women, people with disabilities and patients among the refugees because if they stay longer in the freezing temperatures on the border, they will lose their lives and a dreadful humanitarian disaster will occur.
Germany as a friendly nation has supported the Kurdistan Region and its nation in numerous approaches at various stages, so we expect your support in this thorny dilemma within the framework of international law, your country's law and humanitarian principles.
